1. Registration rates:

All registration rates are listed in Vietnamese dongs (VND)

• Early bird (on/before Nov. 20, 2017):    1.000.000
• Standard and on-site (after Nov. 20, 2017):       1.500.000
• Invited guests and students (institute’s ID-card required): free of charge.

3. Registration Policy Notes

• For papers with more than one author, only one registration per paper is required.
• Your VCCA 2017 registration is completed only with your paper ID in the remittance information (for bank transfer only).
• At least one author of each accepted paper must register and make a full payment to have the paper included in the proceedings of the VCCA 2017 conference.
• An author with multiple papers has to register separately for each paper.
• The registration fee includes conference kit, lunches and tea/coffee. Conference fee does not include transportation and accommodation charges.
• Delegates are obliged to make themselves fully aware of the visa entry requirements as prescribed by the Vietnamese Government. In the case that an applicant is not granted the Vietnamese Entry Visa, the VCCA 2017 Organizer accepts no responsibility in any respect.
