Registration Policy Notes:

• Articles that are unregistered and do not pay conference fees will not be included in the Proceedings.
• The Program Committee and the Organizing Committee formally receive registration and presentation through the section “Reasons for submission” with the article number when transferring money.
• The best articles of the Conference will be published on the “Measurement, Control and Automation” Specialist (which calculates the points of the project) and is recruited to select the 3 best articles of the Conference.
